How to Choose a Template
Match Your Existing Check Stock
If you already have pre-printed check stock, choose the template that matches its layout. Check where the check portion is positioned (top, middle, or bottom) and whether it has voucher stubs.
Consider Your Software
QuickBooks users typically use the voucher-top format. Sage and Peachtree users should choose the middle-check format. Both export CSV files that work with PrintCheck.
Think About Volume
For high-volume printing like payroll, the 3-per-page format is most efficient. For accounts payable where you need remittance details, voucher formats with stubs are better.
