Service Description

PrintCheck is a free web-based utility that helps users print variable data onto pre-printed business check stock. The service provides templates, data entry forms, and PDF generation for check printing purposes. PrintCheck does not generate, issue, process, or validate checks. It is purely a formatting and printing tool.

User Responsibilities

By using PrintCheck, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Ensure all check data you enter is accurate and authorized
• Use only legitimately obtained pre-printed check stock
• Comply with all applicable banking regulations and laws
• Not use the service for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Verify printed checks before use to ensure accuracy

Check Stock Requirements

PrintCheck is designed to work with pre-printed check stock that already contains your bank's MICR line (the machine-readable numbers at the bottom of checks), bank logo, and security features. You are responsible for obtaining legitimate check stock from authorized vendors. PrintCheck does not print MICR lines or create complete checks from blank paper.

PrintCheck is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will meet your specific requirements
• Printed checks will be accepted by all banks or payees
• Template layouts will perfectly match all check stock brands
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free

You should always verify check alignment and data accuracy before printing on actual check stock. We recommend testing with plain paper first.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrintCheck and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Misprinted or rejected checks
• Bank fees or penalties related to check errors
• Financial losses from printing mistakes
• Wasted check stock
• Data entry errors made by users

Intellectual Property

PrintCheck is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit, QuickBooks, Sage, Peachtree, Deluxe, or any check stock manufacturer. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Template names reference compatibility with check stock formats, not business partnerships.

Free Service

PrintCheck is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We are not obligated to provide support, updates, or maintenance.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of PrintCheck after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
